  • A daily 20-minute gentle practice, each day of the week focused on a different theme, and carefully created so that you can optimise your time on your mat and get the most out of your practice. (Value $997)
  • I’ll teach you 3 different breathing techniques, and give you other activities you can practice off your mat (yoga is not only about physical postures!)! (Value $197)
  • You will learn the basic sun salutation, and a modified version – the chair Sun Salutation! (Value $79)
  • You will get a full length one-hour gentle yoga practice to unwind and reconnect with yourself! (Value $79)
  • We will have 6 live 1:1 coaching calls so I can address all your doubts and teach you the upcoming postures (Value $1,500)
