Nathalie Stemper

Nathalie is a RYT500 Yoga and Movement Therapist


To Nathalie, the key to a harmonious life is movement: allowing the energy to flow effortlessly.

She uses the power of breath, mindfulness, visualisation, intuitive yoga sequencing and body motions to nurture her clients and help them re-connect with their bodies, mind and soul.

Today, she specialises in Grief recovery programs, and supports men and women in easing their journey through loss and traumatic life altering events thanks to Yoga and Mindfulness practices, so they can move forward with a regained joy, inner peace and happiness.

Lise Robinson

Lise Robinson BSW, RSW, Social Worker, Consultant, Grief Specialist


Lise is a grief specialist who helps people come to terms with grief. Having gone through multiple losses and writing creating the Grief Warrior Program is helping communities heal from unresolved grief. Lise started serving individuals in 2020 through her facebook page Grief after the loss of a loved one which has expanded to over 3400 people accessing support for their grief. Prior to raising her family, Lise spent over 20 years as a social worker with the municipal government working in the area of community development developing and implementing programs with the community.
